1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using any website, online service, or digital product owned or operated by Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. and its associated non-profit ministries and programs together called the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Who We Are

Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. is a Christian religious and charitable organization located in the State of Missouri that provides ministry resources, teaching, training, support services, prayer, outreach, and related programs through various non-profit ministries, initiatives, and online platforms.

References to we us or our in these Terms mean Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. and its associated non-profit ministries and programs only. These Terms do not apply to Via His Xcellence Ministry, LLC or any for profit entities or products.

3. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to all non-profit online properties and offerings operated by Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. including for example

• Public websites and ministry information pages
• Online applications and interest forms
• Member, participant, or volunteer portals
• Training and discipleship platforms
• Donation pages and ministry event registrations

Certain Services may have additional terms or policies. If there is a conflict between these Terms and more specific terms for a particular Service, the more specific terms will govern for that Service.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

To create an account or submit forms where an account is required you must

• Be at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction or
• Have the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian

You agree to

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your login credentials secure if an account is provided
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

5. Spiritual Content and No Professional Advice

Our Services include Christian teaching, prayer, ministry content, devotionals, encouragement, leadership and family strengthening resources, and related spiritual support.

All such content is provided for spiritual encouragement, education, and general information only. Our Services do not provide and are not intended to provide

• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Mental health or psychological counseling as a licensed clinical service
• Legal, financial, or tax advice
• Any professional services that require licensing by a government authority

You understand and agree that

• You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions
• You should seek qualified professional help when needed including medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other expert services
• Prayer and spiritual coaching are not substitutes for qualified professional care

6. AI assisted and Automated Features

Some non-profit Services may use artificial intelligence or automated systems that we develop and create to assist with content such as prayer prompts, study tools, reflective questions, or other interactive ministry experiences.

By using these features, you understand and agree that

• Certain responses or prompts may be generated automatically based on your input and available data
• AI generated content may contain errors or statements that you should carefully test against Scripture sound doctrine and wise counsel
• You remain responsible to test all things and hold fast what is good according to the Word of God
• You will not treat AI generated content as professional advice of any kind
• We may moderate or review AI outputs but we do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed before you see it

7. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will use the non-profit Services in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with Christian values and with these Terms.

You agree that you will not

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm others
• Post or share content that is hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Attempt to interfere with the normal operation, security, or performance of the Services
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or similar harmful material
• Collect or harvest personal information about others without their consent

We may remove content, limit features, or terminate access at our discretion if we believe these expectations have been violated.

8. Ministry Workspaces and Organizational Access

Some non-profit Services may be provided through ministry workspaces or special access areas for leaders, volunteers, or partner organizations.

If you are a church, ministry, or organization that receives access to a workspace under Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. you agree that

• You are responsible for managing and approving users within your workspace
• You are responsible for any content, messages, or activity that takes place inside your workspace
• You will establish and communicate appropriate internal guidelines to your leaders, staff, and volunteers
• You will promptly remove access for individuals who should no longer have access

We reserve the right to suspend or close any workspace that is used in a way that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our spiritual and ethical standards.

9. Donations, Registrations, and Ministry Offerings

Where non-profit Services allow you to make donations, register for events or programs, or support a ministry financially the following apply

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for any donation or registration
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout including any applicable fees
• All donation amounts, suggested giving levels, and ministry offerings are subject to change at our discretion
• Unless otherwise stated, all donations are considered free will charitable gifts and are generally non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any specific refund or cancellation policy for an event or program will govern that particular offering.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content made available through the non-profit Services including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, ministry tools, and trademarks is owned by or licensed to Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable revocable license to access and use this content for your individual spiritual and educational growth. You may not copy, record, download, reproduce, photograph, capture by screenshot or screen recording, transmit, share, distribute, repost, or use the content for public display, teaching, resale, redistribution, or any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc.

Content on Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. websites, including all associated ministries and programs, is provided for spiritual growth, education, and ministry support. Certain materials are available only to registered users, members, partners, or invited guests. All content, including text, audio, video, images, workbooks, and interactive tools, is the intellectual property of Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and ministry ethics.

By accessing this content, you agree to honor the privacy, integrity, and spiritual purpose of these materials and to refrain from any use that would misrepresent the ministry, harm others, or violate this agreement.

You agree that you will not:

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
• Violation can lead to immediate loss of access and possible legal action
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited

11. Website Content, User Content, Requests, and Testimonies

You may be able to submit, upload, or share content through the non-profit Services including but not limited to prayer requests, testimonies, comments, feedback, forms, or media.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not violate the rights of others
• Your content complies with these Terms

By submitting content, you grant Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. a worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your content for non-profit ministry, training, reporting, and testimonial purposes in any media now known or later developed. This includes the careful use of testimonies and feedback in written, audio, or video form.

We may, but are not required to, review or remove content at our discretion.

12. Third Party Content and Links

The non-profit Services may contain links to or integrations with third party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us.

We are not responsible for

• The content, policies, or practices of any third party site or service
• Any transactions, communications, or relationships between you and third parties

Your use of third party sites or services is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

13. Privacy

Your use of the non-profit Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

The non-profit Services are provided on an as available and as is basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we and our officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and ministry partners

• Do not make guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content or the Services
• Do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components
• Spiritual outcomes such as answered prayer, healing, deliverance, restoration, financial provision, or any particular result are in the hands of God. We pray, serve, and minister in faith, but we cannot and do not promise any specific earthly outcome.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in no event will Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. or its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, or ministry partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the non-profit Services.

To the extent any liability is found despite the above limitations our total cumulative liability to you for all claims relating to the non-profit Services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. for the specific event or program that gave rise to the claim during the twelve month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, if any amount was paid.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages. In such jurisdictions some of the above limitations may not apply to you and our liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and ministry partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or relating to

• Your use of the non-profit Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any content or information you submit, post, or share through the non-profit Services

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and your use of the non-profit Services are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration. Any claim or dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be settled by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation. Such arbitration shall be held in Missouri unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. Judgment upon an arbitration award may be entered in any court otherwise having jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri. Venue on any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be at St. Charles County, Missouri, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will revise the last updated date at the bottom of this page and may provide additional notice as appropriate.

Your continued use of the non-profit Services after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms you must stop using the Services.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all non-profit Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to others, to the integrity of the Services, or to the mission and reputation of Tei Enterprises and International Ministries, Inc.

You may stop using the non-profit Services at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms by their nature will continue to apply after termination including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
